RETURNS POLICY

Custom Diamond Rings & Personalised Jewellery 

Custom Diamond Rings and Personalised Jewellery are unfortunately not eligible for returns or exchange. 

Returns 

If you wish to have a refund on an item of jewellery you purchased (not including Custom Diamond Rings and Personalised Jewellery) just follow these simple steps:

1.) Please get in contact with me here within 24 hours of receipt of the item

2.)Then send back the item within 14 days including the original packaging.  Please enclose your name and order number with your returned item

Please note that the cost for returning an item is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.

*We do not accept returns of earrings if they have been worn.

 

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges unless you need your ring size altering.  Follow these simple steps to exchange your ring for a different size:

1.) Please get in contact with me here within 24 hours of receipt of your ring.

2.)Then send back the ring within 14 days including the original packaging.  Please enclose your name and order number with your returned item and note the new ring size you would like it exchanged for.

Postage

Unfortunately, we do not cover the return postage of items for an exchange or refund. 

Faulty Items

On the occasion that one of our items of jewellery is faulty, please do get in touch with your order number, description and images of the faulty product. Contact me here.

Returns from international countries

Please contact us and ensure that you have posted your item within 14 days of receipt. Please mark 'return' on the customs form when returning to the UK, otherwise, we will be charged high import charges which we will not be held responsible for.
