This October, we’re unveiling something truly special: The Sapphire Collection, a limited-edition drop of one-of-a-kind rings designed to showcase the rare beauty of these stones.

Why Sapphires?

Sapphires have always been part of our story at Sophia Perez Jewellery. They’re timeless yet endlessly surprising, shifting from teal to green, from deep midnight to soft ocean tones. Unlike diamonds, which are judged by uniformity, sapphires are celebrated for their individuality. That’s what makes them so perfect for a collection that’s about capturing the essence of you.

The Process Behind the Collection

Every ring in this collection started with the stone itself. We carefully sourced sapphires that stood out not just for their quality, but for their unique voices. Each gem was then paired with one of our signature settings, from the sculptural Alba to the classic Luna, designed to enhance the stone’s natural character.

This process is slow and deliberate. Our jewellers spend hours hand-finishing every detail, from shaping the claws that hold the gem to polishing the gold until it glows. It’s traditional craftsmanship, guided by modern design.

Why a Limited Drop?

We chose to release this as a collection drop rather than adding pieces quietly to the website because we wanted the moment to feel as special as the rings themselves. These are one-of-a-kind designs, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

A launch creates excitement, anticipation, and a chance for our community to share in the journey. It also gives us space to highlight the incredible individuality of sapphires, no two pieces are ever the same.
